The NBA season is coming towards the end, and we have been given almost a full season at this point to evaluate the rookies of this season, although all the hype is still going towards next years rookies, and rightfully so, this season has given the league some talented youngsters that have demonstrated promise and the ability to help their teams. It will be until next season for our first glance at the highly heralded Nerlens Noel, but most of the rest of the highly touted players haven been given playing time. Here is my new top 10.
