Ghost
Chapter XIII: The Beach Life
(Metal music is blaring from a car radio. Papa Emeritus IV turns off the engine and exits the car. The door slams shut.)
(Papa is inside a beach house)
[Papa Emeritus IV]
Hello? Mr. Saltarian?
(Papa exits the house and walks out onto a patio.
Cheery, surf-type music plays. The winds rustle the trees and the waves are crashing. There is a sunset)
[Papa Emeritus IV]
Haha! (Papa spins) Hah!
Wow.
(Papa sees Mr. Saltarian doing kung fu on the beach through binoculars and ancient Asian music plays. When he is not looking through the binoculars the music stops. He looks back, the music plays, and Mr. Saltarian flips Papa off before throwing up the devil horns and winking)
(Papa waves at Mr. Saltarian)
[Papa Emeritus IV]
Hi! Hello.
(The video cuts to Mr. Saltarian tеaching Papa kung fu on the patio in slow motion while the anciеnt Asian music plays)
(Mr. Saltarian gives Papa a lengthy speech but it's inaudible. The Asian music continues to play)
[Papa Emeritus IV]
You know what, Saltarian? I can't hear a goddamn thing you're saying. I'm...
[Mr. Saltarian]
I said now that we're through training for the day, we need to go pick up Sister Imperator and Mr. Nil. I promised them a day at the beach house once we're through.
[Papa Emeritus IV]
Right, right. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's do that. But... One thing I have never really understood though is that Nil is a phantasm. He should be able to just warp himself over here and...
[Mr. Saltarian]
Don't try to understand something you clearly do not comprehend.
Sometimes it's more sant to remain in bliss than to not.
[Papa Emeritus IV]
Right.
[Mr. Saltarian]
Come on, wise guy. We need to talk about that European Summer Tour.
(Mysterious ancient music plays)
[Papa Emeritus IV]
Yep, yep. Hm.
