This song was one of the first songs we wrote for Evolve
And it was such a strange experience lyrically for me
It was all the lyrics, pen-to-paper, ten minutes, just (machine noises), like it just-
Some songs are a stretch, some songs are a reach and take work
And some songs just, just write so quickly
And I think the verses maybe have more words than any of our songs
It’s a lot of words, but it wrote like it was in my head waiting to come out, and uh
